    WildLife on Easy Street

    WildLife on Easy Street is a 40 acre wildlife sanctuary that is home to the largest and most diverse rare cat collection in the world. Two hundred animals including lynx, tigers, snow leopards and caracals roam their realistic habitats. Tours of the park are available along with the opportunity to pet or feed one of the cats.

    Ybor City Museum State Park

    The Ybor City Museum recalls a time when Tampa was known as the "Cigar Capital of the World". Don Vicente Martinez Ybor was the name of a prominent cigar manufacturer, and it was he who founded the immigrant town that bears his name. History buffs will appreciate the lore from this area of Florida.

    The Florida Aquarium

    The Florida Aquarium,an non profit organization, seeks to enhance public understanding through education about aquatic environments. The theme of the entire aquarium is geared around following a single drop of water from an underground source through various habitats until it reaches the ocean. Public displays feature the interactive " No BoneZone", an exhibit of rare sea dragons and sea horses, a wet worlds forest habitat, coral reefs and of course, aquatic animals including sharks and rays.

    Lowry Park Zoo

    Tampa's first zoo, established in the late 1930's, conatined a collection of native Florida animals such as alligators, raccoons and exotic birds. Today the Lowry Park Zoo features a large and diverse collection of animals, 41 acres of natural habitats, a children's petting zoo, a discovery center, a Jungle Carousel and much more.
